I have already contacted the Blizzard support section but unfortunately they give very uniform responses and so I'm having trouble figuring out exactly how to fix it.
The error is being caused through poor communication of my network card to the WoW server. I am pretty sure it's not the specs of my laptop because I have been playing WoW for a few months prior to this and in general it has a pretty decent set-up (2 gigs ram, 256mb graphics card, core 2 duo processor). Blizzard support also said that by deleting the cache, ***, and interface folders which sometimes get corrupted could fix the problem, but it didn't work and I even went so far as re-installing the game.
The only thing left that could be causing the corruption is the router that I am using (it is a different one than I had been using prior) but I don't really know anything about routers. I downloaded some updated firmware from linksys website and I have yet to install it, but if that doesn't work I'm out of ideas.
