Let's clear out some other stuff Kaspersky found.

C:\Program Files\Yahoo!\YPSR\Quarantine\
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\Norton AntiVirus Corporate Edition\7.5\Quarantine\

These are your antivirus programs' quarantine cache. You should delete the contents.

Delete your existing copy of ComboFix-Do.txt. We shall be creating a new one.
Open notepad and copy/paste the text in the quotebox below into it:

Refering to the picture above, drag ComboFix-Do.txt into ComboFix.exe
Then post the resultant log
