Sorry that's my mistake. It's the Norton Protected Recycler Bin.
D:\RECYCLER\
NPROTECT\
Try this:
Go to
Start>Run> and type
cmd and press Enter. A DOS window will popup. Then, copy/paste the following command and hit Enter:
del \\?\D:\recycler\nprotect\*.*
this should empty the folder apart from a few files that would not be accessable.
