Thanks for the reply. I tried the steps you advised but unfortunately it isn't working on my end.

When the scan is taking place my computer automatically turns off on it's own. Then it restarts and the scan log appears for a long period of time and starts the cycle again of shutting off and restarting.

I don't know how I can produce a log for you at this time. I will turn off computer for an hour and try again.

Thanks for the help and I will keep in contact once I am able to produce the log.
