There are a few items you may want to look at:
1) First, the Prescott is full of problems with heat, compatibility, and it takes a lot of power, so if I were you, I would spell for the Northwood of the same size, and it will perform as well as the Prescott without all the trouble.
2) You don't want to build this rig with a 350 watt power supply. I would look at a case with at least a 425 as a minimum and ask you to take a look at a brand name like Antec or Enermax. All power supplies are not created equal and some off brand 500 power supplies do not do as well as an Antec 350. If you have to skimp, don't skimp on this area.
3) What ever you do with the memory, don't buy any memory that is not on the approved list from ASUS. If you do (some do for price), you will have more trouble than you can imagine.
