Ok, after taking the system out of the case and putting it on a box then trying it with minimum pieces, and to my sheer shock, it booted. So I don't know what it was but the comp boot after I attached the rest of the pieces so all it needs is the new PSU i ordered. Thanks for the help though guys, it pointed me in the right direction. Im just gonna leave it out of the case until I get the new PSU. If you wanna see what it looks like I took a pic of the setup cause it looks funny.
