So with some nasty url I found a trojan :(,my antivirus (AVP),Haven't resolved this problem correctly. So right now my Iexplorer always opens on same page(http://213.159.117.134/index.php). RegEdit dosn't helps-when i change some settings like defaultPage or Local Page on something else from(http://213.159.117.134/index.php) and press Apply,it changes back to (http://213.159.117.134/index.php) it isn't right. Oh,and My Iexplorer opens by him self,i think it becouse of i working in Iexplorer!
Hmm got some idies how to get rid of this?!
