Come back to the thread, put your mouse pointer in the reply box, rite click - select paste. It's just a copy and paste operation that way or copy and paste into paint and upload it that way without going through the print screen process

You might start your investigation with pressing F2 when you start your lap to enter cmos setup to see if the drive is there and if it's enabled. If it is, if you have a bootable cd, try to boot to it to determine if its a hardware issue or a windows issue.
