Run for cover !!!!! that things gunna blow :)
Some how I know there is an error in there somewhere as I think it is, actually no i know it would be impossible to have a hard drive actually run at 253C, there would be globs of melted stuff everywhere.
Now if it was a typo and you actually meant 53C well you could try installing a fan in the front of your case to blow some cool air across your drive and also create a bit of flow in the case, if you don't have a rear fan sucking hot air out the back that would be a good idea also.
Go the biggest fans you can install, 120mm is ideal
