I hope I didn't confuse you with my instructions cos you shouldn't have been pressing a function button: I was merely pointing out the location of the Print Screen button,
next to the F12 button.
I'm way overdue for sleep but one of my colleagues is about so I'll get him to take a look if he has the time. Otherwise, I'll be back tomorrow, always assuming your laptop is still in one piece by then.
