My stepdaughter got the Eisystem laptop three years ago and now it is not working properly. The keyboard is not responding at all. And it looks like you can select a document but cannot de-select it. Plus we cannot access to the list of programs from the START menu.

Please would someone drop me some hints as to what the problems are. Thank you.
