I have an external usb 2.0 enclosure. Most of the time when I plug in a hard drive and hook it up to my pc, it will show up in explorer, but sometimes it installs it and even though i can se it in the device manager under the disk tab, I cant see it eplorer. What the deal? My enclosure supports sata and ata drives. I have tried 2 laptop sata hd and havent gotten neither to how up.
