Thank you, I'll take a look around. Meanwhile I just took my laptop downstairs and used a vacum cleaner on the fan area. It made the fan spin and alot of dust was removed, alot more than what I was expecting.

The temperature is now:

CPU: 42
HHD: 32

It's alot cooler, but I have only had it on for 10 minutes with just MSN and Firefox open.

Also, I just made this stand out of a bit of wood and 2 nails and I have proped the back of my laptop on the two nails so it gives alot more air under the laptop. Things seem okay right now! I'll post back if anything happens.
