flynshue: I have noticed that so far this mainly happens when I have MSN open (Cam and Microphone). Right now I just have MSN and Firefox open and my CPU is at 2-4%, As soon as I go on webcam and microphone (I do this a lot as I talk to family members/girlfriend etc) It shoots up to 100% with MSN taking all the CPU. This has been happening for quite some time.

Terrister: I downloaded and run the program and right now my temps are:
CPU: 73
HD: 37

I don't know if that is good or bad. When it gets really hot again I will run the program and post the temperature.

Thank you both! Any other suggestions?

Edit: The fan just turned on. These are the temperatures:

CPU: 89
HD: 40
