Alright, I managed to find a jumper cap on an older HDD that fit.

I placed it on the 2 prongs that supposedly brings it down to 150 and it still gives me the error screens I have here. I even tried using the jumper the other two prongs thinking that the manual image wasn't too clear. Also, there are no jumper diagrams on top of the HDD itself.

Here is what the computer does when I have the new drive connected to the SATA2 port:

First the BIOS settings before connecting the new drive:




I believe those settings are correct since I'm not using the Promise controller but the VIA controller.

Here is the window as I try to boot with the new drive connected. If I go to BIOS during this, neither drive is recognised.


Notice that "BIOS does not be installed" isn't a proper sentence
