I need to do a a VB application that contain following controls:

Labels, text box, command buttons, shape, line, scroll bars, option buttons, check box, timers, pictures.

I have a idea for myself is Horse Betting, but i dont know how to write it.
Can u guys suggest me a application? I don't have idea what going to do.
I am very thank to you , if you are willing to make this application and providing code to me.
(of course tell me how to do and write , or upload the project file)
