I second that. I've tried several times to get old O/S's to run on new motherboards and even when the "run" they don't run right. Buggy as buggy can be.

I wouldn't even waste the time on a Repair Install, but would go right to the New Install. Don't forget the m/b drivers etc....

How'd you like to be a Guinea Pig & be the first kid on this block to try the new vLite slipstream program ? I really want to know if you can use it with Ryans VM and get all the updates slipstreamed into Vista. (If Ryans is making Vista Update packs. Dunno about that . . .)

But yeah. New Install, definiately.
