o you mean my AVG virus checker? If so, it has always been there. I haven't made any changes to the set up recently to coincide with this outlook situation. Even so, if it were running in the background, why would it delay the display of text? And how would I check what is running in background. A user in the office forum told me to go to administrative tools and click on event viewer. I did that but wasn't sure what that would do nor what I was looking at.

In either case, the whole system feels messed up. It's all really slow. Any ideas?
