if it includes battery replacement it's a good deal because your battery will mostlikely go out by then.

Also check Toshiba;s web site for their warrenty extention. You will find that it is mostlikely cheaper.

And remember, this store warrenty is really only for one additional year as the laptop should be warrenttied for one full year. Unless the manufacturerer has changed this policy.
