Hi Ribica

I don't see Firefox or Opera in your uninstall list, you can verify this by Clicking Start>All Programs and check they are not there. If they are not then you can continue by doing just the first part of the ATF instructions

Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Under Main choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.

Skip the Firefox and Opera part and continue with AVG AntiSpyware.
