If you can't uninstall the keyboard/drivers it would be best to first download the latest driver and then uninstall the keyboard in Start>Run>type: devmgmt.msc and then reboot. After rebooting to let it detect hardware and install MS provided drivers automatically. Then install the drivers that you downloaded.

But if all other buttons work and the volume ones don't, it sounds as though the buttons are simply faulty.
