Hi Ed,

That indicates to me that either you did not have your System Restore enabled during that time, or you flushed your previous restore points.

I don't believe malware to be the cause of your issues. I do see a few new programs added around the 20th of April...do you recall if your issues seem to coincide with any of your new programs?
