I'm sorry your having all these problems, the link worked for me.
You can try it again with your security programs disabled to see if thats why the link did not work...
Or try this

Download ComboFix from Here or Here to your Desktop.

Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
When finished, it will produce a log for you. Post that log and a HiJackthis log in your next reply

Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while its running. That may cause it to stall

Then run the Panda scan and post the results.
