I've rebooted.

O23 - Service: Symantec Lic NetConnect service (CLTNetCnService) - Unknown owner - C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\ccSvcHst.exe" /h ccCommon (file missing)

The above entry is gone.

"C:\Program Files\Symantec"
It was still present as I have PartitionMagic being installed, so I guess I do not have to delete it.

"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared"
Deleted this folder.

I think I have to wait for a few days to see the change in my connection.
