c:\windows\system32\SBUtils < list the contents ?

I see memnants of Symantec, Possibly part of the problem.

after running the utility there this item should be gone
O23 - Service: Symantec Lic NetConnect service (CLTNetCnService) - Unknown owner - C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\ccSvcHst.exe" /h ccCommon (file missing)

Is it still present ?
