Help! Can't remove a trojan!

My computer got infected with a trojan "Exploit-ANIfile.c". I have McAfee anti-virus program and it kept warning me that the computer is infected with this trojan but that it can't be removed. When I run a scan, it didn't even recognize the trojan. So what do I do? How do I get rid of it? So far it's not a trouble, but I've read about it - other harmful viruses could get attached to it.
Please, if anyone have a suggestion, let me know. Thanks!
