What happens when you try to update? Do you get a server failure?

Try again, as sometimes their servers are busy, or offline. (not often, but it does happen.)

If that doesn't work, we can use a manual set of updates.

Download this file, and run it. It will install the most recent updates to the same folder AVG Anti-Spyware is, which by default would be C:\Program Files\Grisoft\AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5
