Re: My DSS log
Hey Ried,
Thanks for all your help up to this point. Sorry I didn't respond for a few days. My school and work have been hectic. A question for you though...I couldn't find C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Desktop\Software & Drivers\freeripmp3.exe/data0010. At least not /data0010. So I just deleted the C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Desktop\Software & Drivers\freeripmp3.exe. Is that good enough? I don't see the file you asked for in the foler anywhere. And I was curious, can I update to IE 7? I had been meaning to but just never got around to it. I thought maybe now that my computer was running so good it would be a good time.
You've been very quick and efficient in helping me get through this. I don't have a functioning CD drive (it quick working like 6 months ago) otherwise I would have just considered all my work a loss and used the Restore disks. Actually, my response first when it all started happening was "well, it's 4yrs. old almost...guess I'll just buy a new one". I didn't have to though, so thanks!!! I hope you have had a great weekend.
Thanks a million!
