I went back to the store stating my case, hoping to change psu+mobo. I was offered a new psu for starters and was told to come back if that didn't help.
Now armed with a Cooltek 600W ATX2.2 I tried again, with same result though. So today I hope I can change motherboard.

And no, I can't see any miscolored components.

Btw, with CPU+RAM+GPU atleast the fan for PSU+CPU should start moving when using the screwdriver trick on the power-sw pins right?
