Hey,
well in the pack the tuner came with a little portable aerial and i also just plug in my normal aerial cable from home, so im not sure if its coaxial. Both cables connect directly into the tv tuner.
Both cables are the same and have just a normal standard aerial cable connection.

With the audio, well i tried connecting speakers and headphone but still no audio from the tv. All other windows sounds, ie startup and music are working fine.

I have Windows Vista Premium, and it comes with Media Center, so i tried setting up the tuner that way, but media center cannot even detect the tuner

Currently i am using a program called InterVideo WinDVR 3.
