Hi Branden,

Please copy this page to Notepad and save to your desktop for reference as you will not have any browsers open while you are carrying out portions of these instructions.

As before, be sure to carry out the instructions in the sequence listed below.

Disable Spyware Guard.

Uninstall the following via the Add/Remove Panel (Start->(Settings)->Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs) if they exist:

Outerinfo
IpWins<--If it's still there

Let me know if the uninstall fails

Open HijackThis and click on 'Do a System Scan Only'. 'Check' the following entries:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {1557B435-8242-4686-9AA3-9265BF7525A4} - C:\WINNT\system32\uirlrffw.dll (file missing)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {659CF94F-108F-6425-F24F-1AE33AE4FE9C} - C:\WINNT\system32\aochsz.dll
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {CC46F77B-FD92-46AC-ADDF-8B4CE70E0EE7} - C:\WINNT\system32\vklnwaim.dll (file missing)
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Ltho] "C:\WINNT\DOBE~1\dvdplay.exe" -vt yazb
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Pqdmwmrx] C:\WINNT\?ystem\n?pdb.exe

Click 'Fix Checked' and close HijackThis.

Go to Start>Run then copy/paste the following red text into the Run box then click OK

"%userprofile%\desktop\combofix.exe" /v aochsz

When finished, it shall produce a log for you. We'll need that log in your next reply

Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall

Please run this online scan to search for any remnants. It can take some time, so please be patient and allow it to run it's full course:

Perform an online scan with Internet Explorer with Panda ActiveScan

1. Click on located at the bottom of the page.
2. A "pop up" window will appear. * Please ensure that your pop up blocker doesn't block it *
3. Enter your e-mail address, country, and state & click "Free Online Scan" *The download of the 8 MB Panda's ActiveX control will take place*

Begin the scan by selecting

• If it finds any malware, it will offer you a report.
• Please ignore any entry it finds and the offer to buy the program to remove the entry, as we will address this later.
• Click on then click

* You needn't remain online while it's doing the scan but you have to re-connect after it has finished to see the report.
* Turn off the real time scanner of any existing antivirus program while performing the online scan

Run a new scan with HijackThis and save the log.
