Hello lyfelyke and welcome to TSF,

Download Combofix and save it to your desktop.

**Note: It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop**

Close any open browsers.

--------------------------------------------------------------------

Double click on combofix.exe & follow the prompts.

When finished, it shall produce a log for you at C:\ComboFix.txt. I'll need that in your next reply along with a new HijackThis log.

Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running. That may cause it to stall
