An early suspect would be the power supply and personally, I have no confidence in the Hiper power supply.

However, if you get nothing, nada, zip, when you hit the power button and the motherboard lights up, then trace the two wires back from the power switch. Take them off the front panel header on the motherboard. Then, take a screwdriver or paper clip and short across those two pins to test if the power switch has gone away on you. Don't hold it on there, but simply touch it while the computer is plugged in and ready to go. If the switch is bad, the computer will turn on, if not, then we try something else.

Post back with results or lack thereof.
