If you don't plan on overclocking you should be fine with stock cooler.
You might consider cleaning off the thermal compound that comes preapplied and using some Arctic Silver 5. For instructions on how to properly clean off and reapply thermal compound check out the Thermal Paste Info link in my signature.
The only reason you would need H20 is if you plan on really pushing the overclocking abilities of the CPU.
