O&O Defrag professional is very good at handling large HDD's
Ive got a 250gb, 300gb and a 80gb. Your able to defrag them all at once and it takes me 10mins in total. But the first time when you run it it takes 1hour. It organizes your HDD so important files are at the front. Then from there on you dont have to defrag because it does it all the time (runs in the background) and it doesnt suck resources from your pc when your trying to play games which is a big bonus.
