Hi Bob,

First, I suggest you immediately uninstall all the P2P software on the laptop. You likely brought in a lot of malware with those programs. This is causing all the problems.

Then, take a look at these steps: http://www.techsupportforum.com/secu...sting-log.html

Once you are done with those suggestions, post a HJT log over in the analysis forum. The problems you are encountering were likely caused by malware from your P2P software.
