I did exactly as you said. But it's still the exact same problem. "Drive Install Error"
I checked back in the Computer Management/Disk Management page and it still shows the disk as active and healthy, but no drive letter. Shows my C drive as disk 0 and my external drive as disk 1. I have an internal CD drive that is D:.
I also tried just plugging in a usb device (in all the usb ports) just to see what happens. Same error with that too.
