Ah, I forgot to mention, and I'm just over the 30 minute time limit on editing, but the RAM is PC2100 DDR SDRAM(SODIMM).

Okay, hmm, I did some more looking around online over the past few minutes, and noticed that every other site I've seen with specs listed for the PCG-FR130 has it listed at 256MB of RAM, looks like that first one was misleading as the maximum amount is 512MB. So, nix on this whole line of "one stick of ram died, now maybe the other is too" Hurm... >.<
