Ok, I see we've been moved.

To make room on your disk, you have to move data to another disk if possible, or to delete unneeded files.

I guess your d: drive is your second drive, while windows is installed on the c: drive, can you confirm ?

You can also use XP disk cleanup utility (accessories => system tools). Choose d: drive and see how much space you can recover. Don't use file compression.
