I have a Socket 754 Gigabyte GA-K8VNXP mother board which has ATA150 SATA connections. My 80gb hard drive is almost full and I want to get a bigger one... However, new SATA 3.0Gb hard drives are cheaper per Gb than SATA 150s. Will as 3.0 HD work connected to the SATA150 slot on the MB?
