Vista and O&O Defrag

Hi, ive got O&O Defrag for Vista.. I use it because its better than Windows defrag...

But the problem is when i analyze the HDD with Vista on it finds all of the "system volume information" as fragmented files... I can see why because there all over the driver... About 30% of my HDD is fragmented, when i use O&O defrag it starts to defrag but when it gets to any system volume information they turn to lock files and the defrag skips them.. Leaving them all over the HDD. Its slowing down the seek time on my HDD and everythink....

Is part of the system volume information the "restore points" for windows restore. Because i can disable the restore and windows should delete the files then..
