The Antec would be the best of those two. YOu might also want to look at ZipZoomFly, because they have the Corsair 620 on sale right now for $20.00 off if you order today. That is one great power supply...top of the line quality. I think the total price is something like $124 after rebate. FREE shipping included.

If money is no object, then consider the PC Power and Cooling supplies or the Seasonic 700. Those are both really great, but higher priced.
