Thanx Dai; that is a great diognostic program, it told me much more the several other I have tried. I did discover that my laptop is different in that many components come up Trial version. But it did figure out I was using a D-Link wireless and others couls not figure that out, although it did say I had a wireless internal and bluetooth, neither of which are there, so it must use standard configeration data to come up with a report. The bottom line here is that it looks like I need more ram of which I have 500 but can handle 1000.
