NF7-S V2 & Barton 2500 Problems

Hi guys

Have the NF7-S V2 and Barton 2500 running on stock settings. Never been overclocked.

Everyday the motherboard will start a beep sequence similar to an old police car (high pitched tone / low pitched tone). This sometimes happens after the pc has been switched on for 20 minutes or sometimes several hours.

I have installed hardware doctor for the motherboard which gave the following

VTT running 0.75. Cant adjust the slide bar under 0.75 so i disabled the alarm
VDDQ running at 0.99. As above cannot adjust above 0.99 so also disabled.

I had a quick google for the above 2 items and from what i understand it looks like it could be memory.

So i have removed all my existing Crucial memory (2 x 256mb & 1 x 512mb) and installed new 2 X 512mb chips.

However this morning after 30 minutes of being switched on the alarm sounds again.

ANY IDEAS please.

Thanks in advance.
