Running processes:

C:\Program Files\PCGATE Personal\pcgate.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\ZoneLabs\vsmon.exe

O23 - Service: TrueVector Internet Monitor (vsmon) - Zone Labs Inc. - C:\WINDOWS\system32\ZoneLabs\vsmon.exe

I see it now in your Add/Remove, and I'm not seeing a separate entry for ZoneAlarm or Zonelabs so you're fine in that regard:

‚o‚bƒ|[ƒ^ƒ‹ --> C:\WINDOWS\ISUN0411.EXE -fC:\PCP\Uninst.isu -cC:\PCP\PCPINST.dll
