I had basically the same problem with my BTHomeHub.

Type http://192.168.1.254/ in your browser's address bar. Go on 'Advanced', and 'Continue to Advanced' username is 'admin' pass is also 'admin'.

Go on your router's firewall options for here and disable it. This is a temporary fix.
