Just to double check, launch DrWeb and click on the folder icon in the top left. Are there any reports listed in there? If so, post them here.

Used in conjunction with USB connected ADSL modems from Eicon Networks (as used by BT for its Broadband internet service for example). Required for a permanent ADSL connection
Have you tried reinstalling the modem entirely--not just the drivers.
Have you tried using your program 'Recover My Files' to try to recover dslagent.exe?
