hello

i have a dell inspiron 9200 laptop...i tried doing error checking on my laptop but it said that because its the main hard disk it can do it the next time it restarts..so i said ticked "check for errors onthe enxt restart"..

and now my hard disk has failed...whenever i boot i get primary hard disk 0 failure..and the hard disk is making weird clicking noises....

can i recover data from it?

i have an external hard disk and am trying to install windows on tht now to see if i can get on to device maager.
