Just checked your logs and the file itself was deleted successfully. One possibibility is your HOSTS file – follow these instructions to install the MVPS Hosts file.
Download
MVPS Hosts file to your desktop.
From within
Host.zip, double click on
MVPS.bat and allow it to run.
Information on the Hosts file can be found
here.
Now try to fix that entry again with HJT.
