Acomdata HDD

I bought an Acomdata 120GB Rocketpod awhile ago and got it running with zero problems.

Just recently I've had to wipe my drive and reinstall Win98 and went thru the hookup of my Rocketpod with no obvious errors coming up. However I can't access it anymore. It shows up in Device Manager and the little icon in the taskbar says its connected, it just isn't being assigned a drive letter so I can see it on My Computer.

I've been told that I can assign or change drive letters from the Properties tab of my HDD in Device Manager. But all that actually does is show what letter it's assigned not allow me to change it.

Never had this problem before so I have no clue what to do. Any help would be appreciated.
